M&S is about helping other young professionals achieve the best they can, by learning from the experience of others so that you can avoid some of the mistakes that need not occur. Yes, mistakes are a great learning curve, but some mistakes are a nuisance, rather than a learning outcome. With experience dealing with young professionals across a number of industries, mentoring graduates, supporting development and networking with many other young leders, M&S is pleased to pass on their knowledge, and the knowledge of their contacts to assist others be the best they can.

Anntonette Dailey (Anny) day job is an executive level 2 employee within the Commonwealth Government, a position earned at the age of 24 after starting a career in the NSW Government at 18. As an EL2, Anny has has worked in a variety of Departments covering policy, programme and corporate roles. Whilst a young age, Anny has also worked in the not-for-profit and consultancy sector and has first hand experience working with, mentoring and supporting all age groups to achieve their most in their personal and professional lives.

 

Previously Anny has been heavily involved in industry and interest groups and has been a guest speaker at a number of domestic and international conferences aimed to inspire future leaders.

 

Anny is a coach, not a counsellor. Whilst she is happy to assist individuals to achieve the most possible in life, Anny will direct clients to other professional resources should more specialised assistance be required.
