How we do our business
My style is engagement, rather than paper handouts and industry jargon (most of which is available online). I prefer to interact, listen and work with clients on key issues to work towards immediate and medium term outcomes. Whilst very clichéd, I understand that in building our lives, we may have missed out on some crucial blocks that help build a strong foundation, or find the materials and resources to reinforce, strengthen and motivate.
We can meet in a coffee shop, go for a walk or I can do a consultation in my home office. As I am a working professional, I conduct most sessions before, after work and during lunch breaks. Happy to do phone and email for those outside the ACT.

My services are unique – no testing, no personality categorisation – just targeted support of what you can do to get ahead. Whether this is around your personal life or professional career, I work with you to identify potential and clear steps to achieve them. I try to avoid the ‘wishy jargon’ of the coaching industry with practical steps to implement immediately.
There are plenty of executive coaches out there, if you want the testing, although many require your employer to nominate you and of course the fees are quite scary. I provide an alternative pathway that works with you, regardless of where you are in your career and life.

Fees for tailored services
M&S is not an executive consulting firm with expensive senior executives and high overheads, we are about supporting young professionals. As such, the pricing reflects this, making it easier to get advice and support when your income doesnt quite echo the level of top executives.
Fee structure will depend on individual needs. As a guide:
One-off session: $40
Package of three sessions: $95
Group sessions: contact for quote.
